It’s my 30-Week Milestone - 5-28-2010

So the most recent new thing is that I ran a 5K on May 15th, Miles for Moffitt, here in sunny FLA. So technically I wonder if we could consider this Liam's first race? I wonder too if that means I can cut my time in half? Ya know making it as if I went a bit quicker than the clock actually said I did. I think so (winkwink). It was amazing stuff and I am super glad I got to participate in this race. There were over 5000 people who signed up to race and so many people who had gone through trials. Everywhere you looked you couldn't help but be humbled. I am so blessed to have my health and I am grateful for those out there who have strength to overcome cancer. There is just something about running for a cause that just makes all the difference. Jordan was there and he was super cute and just loved that I was out there, he was my little/big cheerleader. It helped me because being that am pregnant and running just isn't the same for me anymore. I still LOVE it but it has gotten so hard for me and so slow. I really don't want to be slow but I don' t have a choice. When I say slow I mean slow...when Jordan goes with me now he actually could walk with me while I jog if he wanted too...LOL...it's funny stuff let me tell ya. I placed out of 2600, #721 and out of my age group placed 73rd out of 279. My pace per mile was 10min and 20 seconds for those of you who wanted to know...
Well just an update on my life and being 30 weeks prego! I am officially going to the doctors every two weeks now and the little stinker turned vertical, yes he has officially left his horizontal position for more room here in my BELLAY...we got some sweat live video footage (not of the inside but just of my belly while he was moving) too of him kicking and moving around in my belly. When he kicks now he sticks what ever he is moving wayyyyyyyyyyyyy out. It's soooooooooooooo crazy I can't stand it. He moves 24/7 for the past 9 or 10 weeks now. He seriously has some issues with sleep, I hope this doesn't reflect how he will be when he is born...sleep is important...lol...oh well we feel it a blessing that he does of course and if he comes out a swimmer than so be it because he has to do piano and swimming as of right now (smile). The doctor did say that at around 35 weeks movements will slow down so we are enjoying this while we can. Jordan is so sweet and so cute, I can't stand it sometimes I just want to cry and hug him and kiss him and put him in my pocket, he is such an amazing man and is so cute when it comes to the baby. He will sit for 15 min or more sometimes, in the quite of our time and place his hand on my stomach while the baby kicks his way through life. He wishes he was here now and I just love that. It is a huge boost in happiness when I am so very scared of being a mom. Regarding all his kicking we both wonder if we'll get a picture of a foot or fist. I am ready with the camera, lol, is that silly? I think those pictures are super weird and well yea weird BUT I think it would be cool to have one. This is a picture of me that I took today.
And saralyn is married! 4 weeks today! yippie! here a pic of us girls (her new sister in laws and bridge and I) and her hubby outside the Orlando Temple.

I wrote this the last weekend in May not sure why it says May 15th LOL...I started it then but erased it and rewrote it then so maybe that is why...anywho that's all...(smile)

30 weeks? That is awesome! I cannot believe you are still running at 30 weeks! You are crazy! I am so excited for you guys!

No, we are not nesting. We are moving 5 weeks after Jack is born so there is not really any point to it! It's kind of a bummer, but at the same time I am not stressing over anything.
