YaY Faye is almost 14 weeks holy heck!

WE LOVE FAYE AND WE LOVE BEING PARENTS!

so Faye is just wonderful and the happiest, most content, peaceful baby ever :) she smiles and giggles and we just love the way she is bashful now. I am going to put up new pics of her in her costume later on in this blog but just don't have the desire to get up and hook up the camara right now :) lol...been busy unpacking and playing with Faye. Anywho some small updates on my little chunk a munk minus the chunk is that she is about 11.5 lbs or so now and 23ish inches or so. I just packed away her NB pants today they actually still fit her but I think it's time :)

She is napping great (I just wish she would take the paci so I could put her down awake and not already passed out...), but they are not for as long now as they were...duh...only about 3 to 5 hours. I am so thankful that she is like clockwork she makes being a mom so so so easy. without a shadow of a doubt every hour to hour and a half she HAS to take some kind of nap whether that be 30 min or 2 hours and so it makes it so easy to put her down. and man oh man same with the night...she has a bed time of 7-8pm and wakes up anywhere from 9.5hrs to 12 hours later since she was 5 weeks. if she sleeps one night for 9hours she feeds and goes back down for the remainder 3 or 4 hours. Only two nights has she woken up in the middle of the night and that would be mommy and daddy's fault because she came out of her swaddle. I am so grateful, not for the long nights sleep (yes I am happy for that) however I am more greatful I never really had to deal with her crying. She sort of, after a few times, just got the self soothe thing down at night (probably the swaddle and I should probably do it during the day but I like being consistent and this is how it's been done since about week 3). during the day is different because I don't swaddle her during the day she either goes down on her back or belly depending...however she does not know how to self soothe that way yet and she doesn't take the paci all the time so she either is rocked or bounced or swung to sleep :) either way when any of those things are done she is usually out in a few min., more often than not LOL.

she likes to use her legs to stand and it's wicked cute. she doesn't quite get peek a boo yet but we're working on it. She now knows that you stop playing with her or leave because she will fus when you stop or leave and when you come back or start playing with her again she is happy.

Bibs are her new PaCi she just sucks on them until they are soaked...and she likes to snuggle with a blanket now too anddddddddddd sometimes she'll pick up her toys and suck on them :)

she loves mornings she is just so happy...I have to say I think it's because she gets so much sleep :)

She still likes to snuggle on my shoulder and hug me and suck on my shirt :)

She just started enjoying mirrors!

she loves to talk to anyone and everyone that will talk to her, there are a few toys that play music that she will coo (sing) along with...it's so cute she'll be silent as a button and then she'll pull the toy and it will play music and she'll just start cooing and cooing right along with it. She sits in the bumbo seat like a champ now...cooking with and cleaning with her mom. She loves to play without her diaper on now and I kind of feel she gets upset a little when I put the diaper on but that could just be my mind playing tricks on me.

She still doesn't like car rides at all, at all, at all, at all. oh well though she is so happy and nothing else bothers her that I just can't complain.

She loves bath time but who doesn't.

she just started to enjoy belly time a few weeks ago and lifts her self up so well...well I will take a pic and post soon.

she loves being on her back as well playing and grabbing all types of toys...she has been so good since we've moved in with grandma and grandpa.

I LOVE HER we LOVE HER she is just so fun and growing up so fast and I am sad to see her grow because I miss her being so small however I am at the same time so excited to see her grow...it feels good to have her in my life and Jordan and I are just so happy with all the changes she has brought.

one wish would be for her to get some major CHUNKS on her little body...we shall see!
